looking for more distance?
The No. 1 thing that everybody that plays golf wants is more distance. Next time you drive by a driving range, see how many people are practicing with their drivers. Part of the reason is because the guys on the PGA Tour are hitting well over 300 yards and everybody wants to do the same. If you're not doing it now, what is missing in your swing? Some instructors say it's in the hips. They say the reason why PGA players are hitting it so long is because of how fast they spin their hips. Without hip action, there is no power to the swing. It doesn't matter how strong your arms are. If you don't believe that, look at the girls on the LPGA Tour. Most of them don't have thunder arms but can easily hit it over 250 yards. How do they do it? Watch the video below to learn how to use the hips to generate more power in your swing.
