Weight Balance
The best remedy to feeling weight transfer is to stand with your feet together. Swing your club and before you hit the ball, take a step forward. The other way is to take a baseball and wind up your swing by putting most if not all of your weight on the backswing then throw the ball with all your (weight) might.
The reason it is called the invisible killer is because you can't see the transfer of weight. All you can do is feel it. I have found the best explanation of weight transfer is when Clay compares it to hip turn. The following video is excellent because it explains how you should transferring the weight to the back foot when you swing the club back. It is not just turning your hips. You load the back leg with the weight when you swing the club back then you transfer the weight forward when you swing the club down.
